Over ten years, Texas Joe’s has become part of the neighbourhood: Snowsfields, London Bridge, and the London lives of people who keep coming back. For many Americans, it’s somewhere to feel at home.

Much of the team has been here for years. Roles have changed, but Joe and Fliss have always been here, alongside many of the people who helped build the restaurant.

There’s continuity in the food, too: a familiar menu and Hill Country barbecue smoked over English oak.

The music is as much a part of the restaurant as the food. Joe’s soundtrack has grown with the place over the years. You hear it over the conversations, smell the barbecue, and on a busy night sit among tables of people eating and enjoying it. The posters on the walls are part of that same love of Texas music.
