Is the food halal?

No. Texas Joe’s food is not halal.

Is there a real Texas Joe?

There is. Joe was born in Dallas, grew up in South Texas, went to the University of Texas at Austin and has called London home since around 2010.

What is Texas?

It is a very large state in the south of the United States, known for generous hospitality, serious barbecue and an outsized sense of occasion. We have brought a little of it to Snowsfields.

What is an armadillo?

A small, armour-plated mammal native to the Americas. In Texas it is an unofficial mascot, a roadside regular and an enduring piece of counterculture thanks to the Armadillo World Headquarters.

What is a taco?

You probably know already—but ours follow the northern Mexican flour-tortilla tradition: a warm flour tortilla wrapped around smoked meat, with the good bits added to taste.
